Job Description:

Fidelity Bank is seeking a dynamic Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The Online Digital Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising - Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment - Create compelling content for online channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Passionate and driven with a strong desire to learn and grow in the digital marketing field - Excellent emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
