Online Marketing Associate

The UBA Group is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote UBA Group products and services - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools - Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact - Knowledge of best practices for online advertising and lead generation - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
