About the role

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to help turn raw footage into polished, engaging content for social media and other digital channels. This is a remote role focused on creative execution, fast turnaround, and consistently high-quality results.

Responsibilities

- Edit raw video files into compelling final cuts for social media and digital distribution

- Add pacing, transitions, captions, basic motion graphics, and sound cleanup where needed

- Adapt edits for different formats and platforms, including short-form social content

- Collaborate remotely to understand creative direction and incorporate feedback quickly

- Organize and manage project files and version updates reliably

- Maintain a consistent visual style while tailoring edits to the content goal

Requirements

- Strong portfolio with examples of video editing work

- Experience editing content for social media is a strong plus

- Proficiency with CapCut or similar editing tools

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality edits from raw footage

- Good communication and responsiveness in a remote workflow

- No formal education requirement we’re focused on proven talent and output

Nice to have

- Experience with short-form content, reels, shorts, or TikTok-style edits

- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools

- Basic motion graphics, subtitles, and audio enhancement skills

- Experience working with creators, brands, or marketing teams
