Job Description:

Julius Berger Nigeria is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely based in Lagos, NG. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company's brand image and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Create and execute communication plans to promote company initiatives and projects - Develop content for press releases, website, social media, and other communication channels - Manage relationships with media outlets and coordinate press events - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Proven experience in developing communication strategies and content creation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Innovative and people management soft skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
