Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Julius Berger Nigeria is seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Communications Specialist will play a critical role in shaping and delivering effective communication strategies for our organization.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to promote company initiatives, announcements, and events - Write and edit content for various communication channels including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website - Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for engagement - Manage relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and partners to enhance our brand reputation - Coordinate and support internal communications efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a communications role - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex information and communicate it effectively - Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools
