Communications Specialist

Job Description:

DHL is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in communications. The ideal candidate will be driven and dedicated, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote DHL's brand and services - Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, and press releases - Build relationships with key stakeholders including media, customers, and employees - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure impact and effectiveness - Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align communication efforts - Assist in crisis communication management when necessary

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a communications role - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus
