Job Description:

Globacom, a leading telecommunications company based in Lagos, NG, is seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as a part-time PR Associate. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies to promote the company's products and services. 2. Write press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials for distribution to media outlets. 3. Monitor media coverage and report on relevant news and trends. 4. Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and press conferences. 5. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, clients, and partners. 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels. 7. Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. 6. Experience with media monitoring tools is a plus.
