Remote Pr Associate

Job Description:

Globacom is seeking a Remote Public Relations Associate to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: adaptability and independence. Additionally, the successful candidate will exhibit soft skills including adaptability and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company's brand and products - Create and distribute press releases and other promotional materials - Build and maintain relationships with media contacts - Monitor and analyze PR metrics and prepare reports - Assist in planning and executing events and campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in PR or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software/tools - Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in PR campaigns
