Job Description:

Wema Bank is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Public Relations (PR) Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Port Harcourt on a part-time basis. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for managing the public image of Wema Bank and promoting our brand through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the reputation of Wema Bank - Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials - Pitch stories to media outlets and secure press coverage - Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on PR metrics - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure PR strategies align with overall marketing objectives - Manage relationships with media professionals and influencers - Assist in planning and coordinating PR events and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in PR or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Energetic personality with a passion for PR and marketing - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
