Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Airtel Nigeria is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. 3. Manage all social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages. 4. Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. 7. Lead social media campaigns and promotions to drive user engagement and brand visibility. 8. Provide regular reports on social media performance and key insights.

Requirements: 1. Confidence and independence in decision-making and problem-solving. 2. Strong people management and project management skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. 5. Creative thinking and a passion for social media marketing. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 7.
