Job Description - Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to work from home in Abuja on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Bank's social media accounts to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. 2. Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 4. Engage with customers on social media to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or inquiries. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing objectives. 6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve social media strategy. 7. Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner. 8. Work with external agencies or partners to create compelling content for social media campaigns.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field. 2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to write engaging and persuasive content. 4. Reliable and energetic with a passion for social media marketing. 5. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
