Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and energetic Social Media Manager to join our team at Shell. This is a remote, part-time entry-level position based in Ibadan, NG. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, have strong decision-making and negotiation skills, and a passion for social media marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategy - Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging - Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote products and services - Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaboration opportunities - Provide regular reports on social media performance and recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools - Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus - A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
