Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Nestlé is seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential. The Business Development Associate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers - Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and drive business growth - Provide support to the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments - Contribute to the overall success of the business through innovative ideas and solutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software - A passion for business development and a willingness to learn and grow - People management and innovation skills are a plus
