Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

UBA Group is seeking a motivated and talented Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time entry-level position, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients and markets for business development - Generate leads, cold call, and email prospects to establish new business relationships - Collaborate with the sales team to develop business strategies and marketing plans - Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and build industry connections - Prepare and give presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote products and services - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in business development or a related field - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
