Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth for the company - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Research market trends and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business development initiatives - Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders - Track and report on key performance indicators related to business development efforts - Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar role - Strong strategic planning skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
