Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Remote Business Development Associate to join our team at Sterling Bank in Lagos, NG. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends - Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to generate leads - Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients - Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new business - Maintain a database of contacts and track progress in CRM software - Assist in creating marketing materials and proposals for potential clients - Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm new ideas for business growth - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Persuasive and able to negotiate effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours
