Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Access Bank is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's customer base through innovative strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. 3. Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's products and services. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective business development strategies. 5. Identify trends and insights in the market to optimize business growth opportunities. 6. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 8. Work closely with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Strong presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovatively to drive business growth. 5. Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
