Job Summary: As a Welder at Central Moloney you play a crucial role in the production of Pole Transformers by executing various fabrication duties. Your expertise in metalwork and welding contributes to the construction of highquality products. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Metal Assembly and Repair: Assemble pieces of metal together or skillfully repair damage in metal components.
• Fabrication and Welding: Execute various duties including meeting production needs conducting fabrication and performing welding tasks.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow blueprints to ensure precise execution of welding and fabrication requirements.
• Metal Cutting: Proficiently cut metal into the appropriate shape and size according to specifications.
• Surface Smoothing: Skillfully smooth molten metal to remove creases ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
• Versatility in Metal Welding: Demonstrate the ability to weld with various types of metal including steel and aluminum.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and procedures promoting a secure working environment.
• Record Keeping: Produce and maintain accurate records of welding and fabrication activities.
• Versatility: Undertake additional duties as assigned showcasing your versatility and commitment to excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Display good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Possess strong mathematical & problemsolving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications.
• Strong attention to detail time management and quality control skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise dust.
• Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to relocate or commute daily to the work site.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Prolonged periods of standing stooping bending twisting and walking.
• Background check Drug & Alcohol Screening required.
