We seek a dynamic individual to join our Workflow & IT team at Roche Diagnostics Norway AS. Our team comprises 8 Application specialists within WorkFlow & IT, boasting over 100 years of combined experience. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support on our IT solutions for advanced diagnostic laboratory systems at customer sites across Norway . This exciting opportunity involves creating relations with customers throughout the country. There will be some travel both internally in Norway and abroad. 

The Opportunity

• You'll be at the forefront of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Roche IT solutions in cutting-edge diagnostic laboratories .

• You will engage directly with customers in meaningful meetings to truly understand their unique needs .

• You will be responsible for conducting engaging and informative training sessions , empowering customers with the knowledge to maximize the potential of our systems.

• You are ensuring you're always equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge in your field.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• You wil l cultivate strong relationships with our international divisions , playing a pivotal role in driving collective success.

Who You Are 

• You have an educational background in medical technology, Bio-tech, or IT .

• You have preferably experience in laboratory environment or IT system maintenance and have strong IT skills for efficient navigation of our systems.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English .

• You possess a valid driver's license (Class B) and you embrace travel as an integral part of the role.

• You are able to work collaboratively in a team environment. At the same time, you are well-organized, self-motivated and capable of working independently .
