Heli-One has an exciting open position for a Customer Support Officer located at Sola reporting to the Head of Customer Support.

 

This position is part of the global customer support team and is responsible for managing customer MRO project at Sola. This includes, but is not limited to, parts ordering, loading sales opportunities, invoicing, KPI reporting, and updating Heli-One CRM and ERP systems.

 

As a Customer Support Officer on a daily basis you will be involved in many different aspects of the business and talking to customers all around the world. The support officer is a key role within the Heli-One organisation as its the connection between our customers and the service we provide.

 

  • Manage the customer projects through the different Gates.
  • Raise and process Sales Force OPPs in line with the guidelines and consultation with the Sales Department.
  • Forecasting on long term agreements for S&OP through SF.
  • Timely and accurate invoicing in line with contract and routines.
  • 3 years college and/or university degree, and/or relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within aviation.
  • Customer Support experience within a global manufacturing environment an asset.
  • Supply Chain experience within a global environment preferred.
  • Experience with material planning, inventory and purchasing concepts as well as familiarity with aircraft operations, overhaul or manufacturing environment an asset.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
