To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Fornebu is looking for a Mechanical PRE - Rotating Equipment who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing?

You will be working as package responsible engineer (PRE) together with other colleagues for Rosebank project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the follows:

• technology evaluations
• specifications, bid evaluation
• purchase order placement
• supplier coordination and follow-up
• coordination of internal disciplines, interaction with procurement and client
• testing and mechanical completion activities etc.

We think you should have some of the following:

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical subjects
• Substantial relevant experience within the field of rotating equipment
• At least 10+ years relevant experience from the oil and gas industry
• Hands on experience for turbo machinery or equal in FEED and/or execution phase in oil & gas projects
• Experience with UK standard is an advantage
• Software skills: ProArc, office software
• Language: English fluent
