Driver (Lier)

Oda is a company on the move. We built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now we want to share what we’ve created with the world! Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality, affordable groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world.


We are currently looking for drivers to work from our fulfillment center at Lier! We are looking for drivers who would like to work either the morning or evening shift. As an Oda driver, you're important for representing Oda to our customers! You'll work with our team of drivers to deliver groceries and packages to lots of customers. If you like working alone or with a team, care about helping customers, and want to succeed while making them happy, we believe you'll enjoy being an Oda driver. It's also important that you like staying active since the job involves physical work.

What you’ll do as a Driver with us

• Delivering food and packages to our customers
• Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.
• Ensuring Customer service at the highest level
• Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times
• Training new drivers on the road
• Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes

Qualifications

• Driving license (Class B) with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
• Speaking English is required, and familiarity with Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.
