Today, buildings account for a whopping 39% of global greenhouse gas emissions. To achieve our climate goals, it's crucial to reduce these emissions. Findable is a Norwegian startup that, since 2020, has been building an AI-driven platform to enable sustainability and efficient maintenance of buildings. We envision a future where documentation is no longer a bottleneck for material reuse, and where technology can ensure more reuse, reduce risks and costs, and create more profitable and valuable buildings. Much of the material can be reused, but current laws and regulations demand thorough documentation, often perceived as a time-consuming task. In practice, this means tons of files, paper, and data. However, at Findable, we believe that the key to better reuse lies in robust systems . Therefore, we have developed a platform where advanced algorithms organize documentation and make it searchable. Together with some of Norway's largest property players , such as Statsbygg, AF Gruppen, Betonmast, and Stavanger municipality, we have built a document system tailored for the construction industry. Today, we have over 100 paying customers , both public and private, and we are entering new markets with pilots abroad. Our team consists of highly skilled individuals from backgrounds including Google, Yahoo, Cisco, and FLIR, all dedicated to simplifying the construction industry. With strong investors like KOMPASVC, Construct Venture, and Malling & Co Venture backing us, we are expanding our team with a Head of Engineering who wants to join us on this journey!

On behalf of our client Findable, where we're seeking a dynamic Fullstack Engineer who wants to join an exciting journey. We're on the lookout for someone who thrives in a startup atmosphere and is enthusiastic about shaping the intersection of artificial intelligence and the real estate industry. As a key member of the Findable team, you'll work in cutting-edge technologies like GraphQL, Typescript, Node.js, AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).

At Findable, we're not only dedicated to product development but also to understanding and meeting our customers' needs. With various teams driving our mission forward, you'll play a crucial role within our Engineering team, collaborating closely with our Deeptech and Customer Success teams. This means you'll have the opportunity to make an impact across multiple facets of our company.

A Fullstack Engineer at Findable

Do you recognize yourself in one or more of these points?

• Proficiency in our tech stack: GraphQL, Typescript, Node.js, and ideally AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.)
• 2-3 or more years of relevant experience
• Experience in designing scalable, resilient, and maintainable backend architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD testing and continuous deployment
• Previous involvement with startups or consulting
• Ability to think systematically 
• Desire to create a kick-ass document system
