Your tasks

• Designing and supporting the introduction of hosted services and customer-specific special solutions (software)
• Creation of functional specifications and service descriptions based on customer requirements
• Setting up, testing and documenting special solutions
• Conducting internal and external training for special developments and hosted services
• Coordination of customer training in the project and solutions department
• Support for integration partners with regard to interface implementation
• Technical support for software development in the implementation of special solutions
• Internal and external contact for special solutions and hosted services

Your profile

• Professional experience in an IT-related profession (e.g. IT product management, computer science, ...)
• Practical experience in the creation of requirements specifications and the creation of requirements analyses
• You drive your projects forward with your determined, independent and structured way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
