In our IT department, we mainly rely on Windows-based environments. Tasks in the areas of client and server infrastructures, networks and IT security are part of the daily spectrum. As part of a young, small team, you will quickly learn to plan and implement solutions for the various tasks largely independently. You will therefore have sound knowledge in the following areas: Microsoft product range (including Active Directory, Exchange Server, Remote Desktop Services client as well as server operating systems) - Networks (TCP/IP, IPSec, DHCP, DNS etc.) - IT security (data backup, firewalls etc.) - IT mobility (IOS, Android, MDM, tablets etc.).

Your tasks include:

• Collaboration in the IT helpdesk (1st and 2nd level)
• Technical support on the phone and on site
• Migration of IT systems and services
• Configuration of new IT systems
• Supporting employees in the project business

Your profile:

• Completed training as an IT specialist (system integration)
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• Driving license class B (car), an advantage
• Willingness to work in a team (results and goal orientation)
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training in the Microsoft environment
