OP is seeking to hire an operations manager to join our leadership team. As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading a highperforming function and running daily operations helping drive innovation and growth facilitating strong partnerships internally with peers and our clients technical and internal teams and supporting category leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing strategic level/longterm planning and process improvements.
- Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Track analyze and present data for weekly monthly quarterly annual and ad hoc reports presentations or other reporting deliverables.
- Acts as the Project Manager ensuring all employees are meeting deadlines and goals meeting with them regularly to track progress and assist/escalate when needed.
- Experience renewal of software hardware and company license and compliance audits.
- Company Insurance renewals eg: Workers comp crime cyber etc.
- Company certificate renuwals.
- Insurance premium audit and compliance.
- Enhance the organizations reputation and visibility as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives.
- Maintaining a strong online presence attending events facilitating referral programs and promoting employee value propositions.
What You Need to Succeed:
- This role requires a broad skill set including strong relationship management and negotiation skills people leadership and development clientfacing business acumen a deep curiosity about how things work and a passion for helping create processes that drive success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management Service Management or a similar/relevant role.
- Experience developing mentoring and managing a team especially across several geographies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with extensive business acumen.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
