Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Title: Client Support Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM EST

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in providing exceptional aftersales support ensuring our customers remain satisfied and engaged with our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a problemsolver with a passion for building strong client relationships and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High level of spoken English with nearnative proficiency.
  • Proven experience in a client support or client success role demonstrating a strong track record of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A professional demeanor and a commitment to highquality customer service.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a positive solutionoriented attitude.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced software relevant to customer support or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to client inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues aiming for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain and build strong positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Report on the status of client accounts identifying any trends or areas for improvement.
  • Actively promote new products and services to existing clients enhancing their experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure client needs are met and to share customer feedback.
