Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH) is one of the largest IT service providers for Deutsche Rentenversicherung. Our company currently has 620 employees at ten operating sites.
In the Customer Service division of NOW IT GmbH, we are looking for two for the Competence Center (KC) Customer and Service Management, Service Management Team as soon as possible.
The positions can be filled at our operational sites in Düsseldorf, Hamburg or Münster.
As a service manager (f/m/d), you holistically support and represent the IT services assigned to you with regard to the requirements of the customers from the incoming request over the entire life cycle of the service. In doing so, you will act as a link between customer and service management and the specialist KCs of the business units of NOW IT GmbH.
Here, you coordinate customer interests and service opportunities of NOW IT GmbH against the backdrop of the specified guard rails of the shareholders, for example with regard to the optimization of business processes and cost reductions.
At best, you have a university degree in computer science (Bachelor of Science) or have acquired equivalent knowledge and skills.
In terms of personal requirements, you bring a high degree of customer and service orientation. Furthermore, conceptual and analytical skills and an independent way of working are necessary. A confident and self-assured manner is one of your strengths, as are communication skills and experience in conducting discussions and moderation techniques. A good oral and written expression and a high ability to work under pressure as well as the willingness to travel (also for several days) complete your profile.
