Working student (m/f/d) for our Children, Youth and Family department

The district of Starnberg is located in the heart of the Starnberg-Ammersee region. The high quality of life, the wide range of leisure activities and the good supra-regional connections to the state capital Munich leave nothing to be desired. The district of Starnberg, with just under 135,000 inhabitants, includes the town of Starnberg and 13 municipalities. With around 600 employees, the Starnberg District Office sees itself as a modern service provider with an innovative and future-oriented administration.

We are looking for the earliest possible date for a

Working student (m/f/d)
for our Children, Youth and Family department
- maximum 20 hours per week, initially for one year -

Digitization is our future! We are therefore looking for support for the implementation of important digitization projects.

These will be your main tasks:

Introduction of the new specialist software OK.JUS (AKDB) and, among other things:

  • Support in the development of digital processes
  • Setting up existing process definitions within the system
  • Data migration and error analysis / correction
  • Testing and documentation of open and solved problems
  • Advice and support for colleagues on system-related issues
  • Exporting statistics-relevant data from the system
  • Support with the introduction of the digital file
  • Cooperation with the AKDB as provider of the specialist procedures used

What we expect from you:

  • (Full-time) degree in computer science and IT - desirable: degree in social informatics, administrative informatics or business informatics; alternatively: degree in computer science with a focus on process management or digitization
  • You have an interest in process modeling
  • You have a structured, organized and independent way of working
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team
  • You are willing to adapt your weekly working hours to the induction phase (approx. twelve to 20 hours per week)
