Supply Operations' top goal is to ensure that we meet our recruitment and staffing needs in all cities and zones, both in the form of couriers and equipment. This includes the entire onboarding journey from lead generation to active delivery and maintaining a robust and healthy fleet with reduced churn through engagement and well-being initiatives.

The position is responsible for setting appropriate targets and facilitating support and processes for the entire Supply team. The logistics department has an active and dynamic environment with many initiatives and great commitment. The department consists of Rider Support, Performance, Fleet Management, and Special Projects. In this position, you’ll work closely with the Support and Performance Teams

What you will be doing:

• Overall ensure that all processes within Supply are efficient, up-to-date, and well-adapted for use
• Continuously optimize and improve our processes, routines, training material, and recruitment campaigns
• Lead and inspire the Supply Team
• Drive and manage our ever-growing community of riders
• Build forecasts and guarantee that we have a cost-effective use of recruitment budgets
• Build and implement routines to be followed by the team and department within recruitment and activation
• Manage our rider recruitment funnel and make sure foodora has a steady inflow of high-quality leads
• Manage the couriers' early lifecycle through smooth onboarding and effective reactivation and retention campaigns, valuable partnerships, and an effective loyalty program;

Qualifications

• A degree in business administration, management, economics, engineering, or equivalent areas
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2-3 years in high-growth start-ups or tech companies
• Good management skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, coupled with a self-learner mentality
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Data Studio, and Tableau (BigQuery is also preferred)
• Fluent in English, both oral and written (Norwegian is a plus)
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
