PRIMARY OBJECTIVEThe Bartender in 26 North Restaurant has the primary objective of ensuring guest satisfaction, by providing trouble free, prompt and efficient food & beverage service in the restaurant, according to standards set by Radisson and their Head of Department.RESPONSIBILITIES:The Bartender is responsible for:- All food & drinks being served within their operations
- That the guests are always welcomed with a smile
- Ensuring that the bar area is neat and clean at all times
- Minimizing waste, breakage and costs at all times
- Staying updated daily on the events in own department
- Clearing cups/glasses/plates etc. in the bar area
- Preparing the mice en place in the bar
- Following up routines in regards to use of the POS registers
- That all postings in POS are correct, avoiding the use of voids
- Showing up to work at the agreed upon time wearing the company approved uniform

Having read, understood and carry out work according to the department SOP’s
Partaking in departmental meetings and other relevant trainings
Living up to the YIC! spirit and being service minded
- Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Food & Drinks Manager
