JOB DESCRIPTION  Patriksson Oslo is looking for an Account Manager to join our communications team and work with a variety of clients, local and international, within the fashion, beauty, tech, and other creative industries. As an Account Manager at Patriksson, you will coordinate and administrate the communications work for a wide variety of client and project assignments. You will be working with our client projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that tasks and deliverables are completed smoothly and to high standards. Our Account Managers normally handle various workloads and are challenged in a fast-paced environment. Being dependable and detail-oriented is crucial for this role, as well as close collaboration with internal teams. With offices in Paris, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo, Patriksson holds a leading position in Europe within the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle segment offering strategic brand communication, media and influencer relations, creative concept development, and event production, all with a digital-first approach and premium sensibility. As a candidate for this position, we see that you have previous work experience of 2-4 years in communication/PR or marketing, either in-house or agency side, and that you have knowledge of the Norwegian media and influencer landscape as well as different social media platforms. We are looking for a social, open-minded, and flexible team player that thrives in a creative and fast-paced work environment.

This position is based at Patriksson Oslo Office and reports to the Norwegian Country Manager.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client management for ongoing retainer clients and projects. You will always have senior support from a Brand Director on all clients. We always support each other. 
• Implement and execute on local press strategies, including proactive and reactive press work, product communication, and influencer relations
• Handling influencer paid partnership, including influencer campaigns, product coordination and community management across multiple channels
• Responsible for day-to-day assignments and/or projects.
• Responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting activities.
• Guest management and event production, with support from Brand Director
• Be part of pitches and idea generation, for existing as well as new clients
• Responsible for delivering on time and according to the Client’s contracts.
• Monitoring the media and influencer landscape, current trends, and sharing knowledge internally.
  

QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL SKILLS

• Relevant work experience within PR, Influencer management, Communication, Marketing or similar (minimum 2 year in-house or agency side), for any type of industry or business. Experience of TikTok or other social media platforms from a business point of view is meriting.
• Knowledge and relevant networks within the Norwegian media and influencer landscape.
• Team oriented personality that thrives in a relatively small team where you spend a lot of time together. We have the option of home office when needed, but we are a team where we prefer to come to the office and sit together as much as possible to give each other energy and move forward faster. 
• Proficient interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong passion for creative industries combined with knowledge of current affairs and trends.
• Solution oriented and flexible individual who grasps opportunities.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
  

This is a permanent position. Employment start will be according to agreement.
