Would you like to utilize your technical skills and provide excellent customer service to our customers in Denmark, Norway and Sweden? The internal sales department is dedicated to helping our customers in the Nordics to resolve various sales and support inquiries, including providing technical support, dimensioning of pumps and following up on offers across the product portfolio. You will be part of our Industry team, where the majority of our customers work within Industry applications. The team consists of 19 people, located in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. "In the team, we have an informal atmosphere and high spirits. We know each other very well and get along well, so there is a good social cohesion where we take care of each other's interests. As a Back Office Engineer, you get an in-depth knowledge of our products and customers”, explains CSSC Manager, Mikkel HusumMikkelsen. Your main responsibilitiesThe central part of the job consists of technical sales and advice/technical support for customers, dealers and advisors, etc. over the phone or e-mail. More specific: • Provide technical support and advice - including dimensioning• Prepare written offers• Systematically follow up on own offers and agreements• Initiate orders in close contact with our Front-line department We will of course ensure that you receive the necessary product and sales technical training on an ongoing basis. There will be an opportunity to have your own specialist area within one of our product areas. In addition to having close contact with customers and suppliers, you will have a broad contact surface with other Grundfos colleagues in; internal and external sales, marketing, products specialist, service, and finance to name just a few. "You will be part of a very dynamic world, where the tasks can change when we have contact with our customers. So, your challenge will be that you don't always know your day in advance. This requires you to be able to structure and prioritize your tasks on an ongoing basis," says Mikkel. Your background: We are looking for a person, who are eager to learn and have a desire to develop professionally as well as personally. It is essential that you are a team player who thrives in a busy and often hectic everyday life in an open office environment, where you have lots of telephone contact. You work in a structured way and manage to have good and close cooperation with your colleagues and enjoy sparring about professional challenges. Moreover, you are a skilled communicator who knows how to talk to customers and pass messages into our system in a constructive way - and with a view to optimization. We imagine that: • You have a technical background as a mechanical technician, plumbing technician/installer, machinist, electrical installer, engineer or similar• You have a solid technical and commercial understanding and thrive on providing service-minded and qualified sales technical advice, where you manage to maintain an overview and arrive at durable technical solutions• You speak and write English fluently What’s in it for you?
