Position Overview :We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The ideal candidate will possess good language skills in French, and at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish). As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and establishing meaningful relationships with potential clients across French, Nordic, and META-speaking regions.You will report into Manager of Business Development.Job's workplace hybrid or remoteResponsibilities:You will conduct inbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients within the French, Nordic, and META marketsYou will engage with prospects via phone, email, and Linkedin to introduce our products/services and generate interestYou will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies tailored to French, Nordic, and META-speaking audiencesYou will maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM software.You will provide detailed feedback to the sales team to enhance sales processes and improve lead conversion ratesYou will stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to position our offeringsMinimum QualificationsFluency in French and proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is essentialPrevious experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles is a plus.Familiarity with CRM softwarePreferred QualificationsYou will thrive in an evolving business landscapeYou will will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to lead cohesive strategies and achieve shared objectivesYou will will be curious and stay up to date with industry trendsYou will demonstrate a willingness to stay updated on industry best practices, refine their skills, and embrace new technologies and methodologies to enhance performance and inspire innovation#LI-MM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
