Are you ready for an exciting role as a Sales Engineer, Spare Parts in our Global Customer Support Spares department in Ulsteinvik? We are looking for a proactive team player to join our Tier 2 team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a Sales Engineer, you will coordinate efficiently to solve customer issues and collaborate with colleagues to offer technical assistance. Building strong personal relationships with our customers and partners is essential. Prioritize workload to ensure urgent requests are answered quicklyTransfer customer spare part or overhaul inquiries to offers or orders making sure all customer requirements are metThis role is intended to be working more dedicated towards spares in requirements in the Ulsteinvik workshop - supporting the Project Managers teamEnsure technical information are up to date, reflecting current as-maintained installationsCoordinate the spare part process and collaborate efficiently with the support functions for technical support in addition to other relevant stakeholdersQualifications and experienceBachelor’s degree or technical college degree within the field of engineering, supply chain, business, or marketing is preferred, but not required.
