We are looking for passionate, confident English-speaking tour guides to join our international team at Red Umbrella Tours. In this role, you will lead engaging walking tours for groups of up to 20–30 visitors, sharing stories, history, and cultural insights that help first-time visitors connect with the city. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, welcoming experience, maintaining a strong group presence, and representing the values of a company that prioritizes meaningful growth and authentic storytelling over mass tourism. This opportunity is open to both locals and internationals who genuinely love Oslo and enjoy communicating with people from around the world.

As a guide, you will receive full training - including scripts, practice tours, and one-on-one coaching, so you feel confident before leading your first group. Tours operate daily throughout the year, offering flexible scheduling and the potential for long-term, part-time income as a self-employed guide.
