Associate Release Manager

Join our global Change and Release Management team as an Associate Release Manager, where you'll lead the planning and execution of continuous delivery initiatives, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, scheduling, and controlling the continuous delivery of new changes to the production environment. Daily interactions with our customer base will be key, as you'll be at the forefront of executing these changes effectively, ensuring that our service delivery aligns with client needs and expectations.

Among your main tasks will be

• Govern and run the release process including continuous improvement

• Collaborating and communicating with all stakeholders

• Preparing and facilitating Transition, change and release meetings

• Create and maintain Transition, Change and release documentation

• Maintaining, organize and participate in systems such as Azure DevOps and Service Now etc

As a Release Manager, you will engage with a diverse array of teams, including vendors, business units, projects, testers, and developers located across different areas of our organization. Therefore, effective communication and strong coordination skills are essential for this role, allowing you to collaborate successfully with all stakeholders involved in the release process.

Qualifications

• Higher educational background in a relevant field
• Experience from similar role in the technology industry
• Excellent language proficiency. You possess strong communication skills in both English and Norwegian, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
• Additional certifications in Project Management, Scrum Master, Agile Management, or ITIL are advantageous.
