Job Description - Auxiliary worker in a fish factory

The client of "On Off Staffing Group" is a fish industry company in Norway. The company constantly invites auxiliary workers to join its team in fish factories.

Nature of the employment:

The clientâs company is a fish factory. The main responsibilities are as follows: processing of fish production, working on the production line, using a knife or working at a fish processing machine. Maintaining a clean workplace.

The workplace is divided into the following zones:

â¢ Fillet cutting machine operator

â¢ Fish filleting with knife

â¢ Fish deboning

â¢ Quality control

â¢ Fish smoking

â¢ Vacuum packing

â¢ Packing

â¢ Head cutting

â¢ Killing

Shift work hours:

I shift: 07:00 â 15:00;

II shift: 3:00 PM â 11:00 PM;

There is no option to choose shifts.

Requirements

â¢ Must be able to work all shifts

â¢ Physical fitness and motivation

â¢ Knowledge of English

â¢ Previous work experience in fish factories

Salary:

From 183 NOK/hr. with the chance for a pay increase Plus 12% of annual leave pay from gross wage.
