Key Responsibilities:

• Performs assigned Business Administration tasks across business divisions in the Nordics organization.


• Supports completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.


• Supports consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations.


• Performs standardized checks on supplier and/or customer contracts, and files respective information.


• Ensures analysis and evaluation of the product or project portfolio and evaluates capital expenditure proposals.


• Supports in preparation of complex bids or tenders for project business.


• Acts as car fleet administrator for the Nordics regions

What We are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Administration Administrator with:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent)


• Experience: 3 years of experience in Finance / Business Administration area


• Skills: Understanding financial principles, critical thinking, time management, communication skills


• Languages: Fluent in English and preferably Norwegian
