Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical workstream and coordinate project activities.

• Drive collaboration across technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress while managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.

• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards.

• Prepare analyses supporting procurement and strategic decision-making.

• Support the development of procurement and tender documentation.

• Conduct and quality-assure risk analyses, scenario analyses, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments.

• Structure and visualize complex information to support executive decision-making.

• Produce reports, decision support material, and project documentation.

• Translate technical requirements into clear business needs.

• Support commercial discussions and negotiations where required.

What We're Looking For in You

• Proven experience as a Process Manager or Sub-project Manager.

• Experience working with strategic procurement, digital transformation, or complex business-critical initiatives.

• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and user groups.

• Strong background in risk management, project governance, and delivery management.

• Experience performing:

  • Risk Analysis

  • Scenario Analysis

  • TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Analysis

  • Cost Calculations

  • Data Collection and Insight Analysis

• Experience preparing procurement or tender documentation.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.

• Experience with large transformation, digitalization, or organizational change initiatives is an advantage.

• Knowledge of process analysis, value chain analysis, benefits realization, or statistical analysis is considered beneficial.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive, structured, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
