Cloud Operations Engineer 

Om rollen

Vi ser etter en erfaren og selvstendig Cloud Operations Engineer som vil ha en nøkkelrolle i å sikre stabil og sikker drift av vår skybaserte tjeneste Forsta Plus. Denne rollen krever kompetanse i Azure, Azure Kubernetes Services, og AzureSQL, I tillegg til erfaring med drift, applikasjonsdrift og tredjelinjesupport. Du vil jobbe tett med produkt- og plattformteam for å sikre høy tilgjengelighet, effektiv hendelseshåndtering og kontinuerlig forbedring av vår Azure-baserte infrastruktur.

Rollen er lokalisert i Oslo, og innebærer samarbeid med internasjonale team.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

Drift og tilgjengelighet

• Sikre stabil drift og høy oppetid i vår skyplattform
• Overvåke systemer, følge opp alarmer og proaktivt identifisere risiko

Incident management og beredskap

• Håndtere hendelser og avvik (incident response) og sikre rask feilretting
• Feilsøke komplekse problemer på tvers av applikasjon, infrastruktur og nettverk
• Eskalere og koordinere saker med relevante team ved behov

Endringshåndtering og utrulling

• Vedlikeholde og oppdatere miljøer via GitOps-basert endrings- og deployprosess
• Bidra til sikre og forutsigbare utrullinger av applikasjons- og infrastrukturendringer

Kapasitets- og ytelsesstyring

• Justere autoskalering og kapasitetsgrenser basert på måledata og trender
• Utføre manuell skalering av databaser og andre kjernekomponenter ved behov
• Analysere flaskehalser og foreslå varige forbedringer

3. linje support

• Bistå med 3. linje feilsøking og problemløsning
• Dokumentere rotårsaker og bidra til reduksjon av gjentakende hendelser

Delta i roterende vaktordning:

• Vi har en vaktordning med ukesvakt fordelt på 6 personer. Vakten er for kritiske hendelser og eskaleringer, og ikke for daglig oppfølging av mindre saker. Ordningen er kompensert, og vakt planlegges fleksibelt, hovedsakelig ved at teammedlemmer skriver seg opp på de ukene de ønsker å ha vakt.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Minimum 5 års erfaring med drift av tjenester i Microsoft Azure
• Solid erfaring med:
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Azure SQL
• Erfaring med hendelseshåndtering, feilsøking, rotårsaksanalyse og beredskap (inkl. gjenoppretting/DR)
• Kjennskap til GitOps, CI/CD og endringsstyrte utrullinger
• Evne til å jobbe strukturert og samarbeide effektivt på tvers av team og tidssoner
• Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk, og en tydelig kunde- og kvalitetsorientert tilnærming

Det er en fordel om du har erfaring med:

• Administrasjon av site-konfigurasjon, inkludert:
  • domeneoppsett
  • redirects og nettverksrelaterte konfigurasjoner
• Observability-verktøy (logging/metrics/tracing)
• Applikasjonsdrift
