The Opportunity V7 Recruitment are working with a leading, family-owned construction business with over 160 years of industry experience and a rapidly growing data centre division across Europe.

With an established track record delivering major projects for leading technology and hyperscale clients, the business is continuing to expand its European data centre operation and is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the teams in Vaasa, Finland.

What's on Offer?
€100,000–€130,000

3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation

Flights and shared accommodation provided.

Daily allowance of approximately €50–€60.

Shared car hire.

Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial management across major data centre projects.

Oversee cost and value management, forecasting and cashflow.

Manage contracts, change control, variations and entitlement recovery.

Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.

Lead, mentor and develop the commercial team.

Provide commercial guidance to the wider project team.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Ensure robust commercial governance and controls are maintained.

About You
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within construction.

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

Experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Data centre or other mission-critical experience would be highly advantageous.
