Job Description - CRM Senior Consultant

About the Department

The Cepheo Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform team deals with the entire Dynamics 365 CRM stack, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service, and utilizes the Power Platform both as a toolbox for the CRM stack and also as standalone support for Finance and Business Central.

About the Position

As a business consultant at Cepheo, you will help identify, uncover, and solve business challenges for our clients across various industries. Cepheo has clients in production, construction, utilities and energy, wholesale, and retail. In the role of business consultant, you will take ownership of how projects are delivered. You will be involved in most parts of the project, which includes the journey from the analysis phase to implementation; therefore, you need to find the most suitable systems and frameworks that fit the clients’ needs, depending on where they are in their digital journey.

In this role, you will participate in Dynamics 365 CRM projects and will also work with Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and the Power Platform. Thus, we prefer that you have over 3 years of experience with solutions related to Dynamics 365 CRM and/or the Power Platform.

To succeed well in this role, we expect you to have a good drive, be social and outgoing, structured, and responsible. It should come naturally to you to take responsibility for your tasks, and you will thrive in a role where you work independently as well as with the rest of the project team.

It is advantageous, but not required, if you also have experience with the Azure stack, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to join our Nordic Capability group on CE/CRM, where you will network with your colleagues in Scandinavia and Poland, allowing you to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience with D365 CRM and/or the Power Platform
  • Several years of experience as a consultant, with an understanding of customer relationships and customer care
  • Preferably certified in one or more of the D365 applications, e.g., Sales, Service, or Marketing
  • Certified in the Power Platform, PL-100, PL-200
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both written and oral
