Customer Service Lightweight Belt Technology (Scandinavia)

·      Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers, providing proactive customer support and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the order lifecycle.

·        Prepare quotations and process customer orders, including gathering relevant information, selecting suppliers based on defined criteria, and following up in coordination with the responsible sales manager.

·        Manage purchasing of order-related goods and services, as well as administrative support and processing of stock locations.

·        Coordinate, schedule, and track orders and deliveries, including logistical processing and follow-up to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.

·        Maintain and manage customer and item master data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in relevant systems.

·        Handle customer communication related to inquiries, service information, and claims in close cooperation with internal interfaces.

·        Provide after-sales support, including monitoring receivables, dunning processes, and customer satisfaction.

·        Support internal processes through documentation, training of new employees and trainees, office organization, and acting as a backup during vacation or sickness.

·        Experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative sales support.

·        Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

·        Strong customer focus with the ability to collaborate across departments.

·        Good communication skills, both written and verbal ( in English and Norwegian).

·        Solid system understanding; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
