In this position, you will be the friendly voice that enhances our clients' experiences, delivering exceptional support whether from the comfort of your home or in our inviting office!

This is a Remote position in Greece, where you can balance your work and the beautiful Greek lifestyle!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Being the friendly face of our clients by addressing customer inquiries and providing stellar support.
• Actively listening to customers and offering tailored solutions via phone, email, or chat.
• Sharing product recommendations that really resonate with our customers' needs.
• Helping with warranty claims, repairs, and replacements to make customers feel valued.
• Handling order questions, payment issues, and customer concerns with compassion and care.
• Keeping high customer satisfaction through positive communication and support.
• Collaborating with a fun team of colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions.

What You’ll Need

• Proficient in both written and spoken Norwegian, and good English language skills as well.
• A knack for thinking outside the box when solving problems.
• A warm and empathetic personality that’s patient and understanding.
• A dash of entrepreneurial spirit to navigate challenges with ease.
• Technical troubleshooting skills to help customers with their issues.
• Willingness to adapt to unexpected changes and tackle customer concerns with grace.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a bonus!
• A love for learning and thriving in a multicultural team environment.
