Cepheo is Norway's largest partner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and one of the largest in the Nordics, with over 450 specialists in digitalizing business processes, including more than 100 based in Norway.
The name is new, but the business remains the same. Cepheo has over 30 years of experience across the Nordics in implementing and servicing Microsoft's solutions, achieved through the acquisition of established players.
Cepheo has ambitious growth plans and aims to double its number of employees in the coming years. We strive to be the preferred partner in the Nordics for medium and large companies that, through Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, aim to operate with a higher degree of automation and data insight. Cepheo is currently established in 14 locations, 5 of which are in Norway.

About the Role of Solution Architect

Our Solution Architects do not work functionally within Dynamics 365 F&O but take a holistic view of the entire solution, including integrations and third-party solutions, with a strong focus on delivering business value.
In close collaboration with the customer, you will be responsible for designing the overarching architecture and working according to Cepheo's industry-specific process models. You will handle the solution end-to-end, from presales to project delivery.
In addition to spending significant time interacting with customers, you will collaborate with other Solution Architects at Cepheo to exchange experiences, drive skill development, and further refine methodologies.

You will join a highly skilled team that values team spirit and collaboration, sharing experiences and knowledge to help the team grow and develop further. Our Solution Architects frequently meet in person, and we place great emphasis on skill development and growth in everything we do. It is expected that you stay professionally updated on new trends and technologies, particularly related to Dynamics and the Power Platform, and take on mentoring responsibilities.
As a Solution Architect at Cepheo, you will have a hybrid remote model, working wherever you prefer but with affiliation to one of the company's locations. Ideally, you would spend one to two days per week in the office.

Who Are You?

You likely have 5–10 years of experience as a consultant in Dynamics 365 within F&O. Similar experience from another major ERP system can also be relevant. You have participated in presales activities and enjoy this aspect of the role. As mentioned, we have a strong team spirit, so it's important that you are a good team player, solution-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
