Your Role

• Provide professional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward effective solutions
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

What You Bring

• Danish: C2 level
• Solid English communication skills (B2+)
• Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
• Team spirit and adaptability to new cultures
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
