DAT-Schaub Sales Representative Norway

Do you enjoy working closely with customers and creating business opportunities? Do you have experience from the meat, sausage, food ingredients or casing industry and want to make a real impact in a market with strong growth potential?

DAT-Schaub is looking for a commercially driven Sales Representative to develop and strengthen our business in Norway.

In this role, you will be responsible for your own customer portfolio and work closely with customers across the Norwegian meat industry. You will build strong relationships, identify new opportunities and help customers find the right solutions from one of the world's leading suppliers of natural casings and ingredients for the food industry.

Your role

As Sales Representative, you will be the primary contact for customers within your territory. You will spend time in the market, visit customers, understand their business and ensure professional follow-up of opportunities, agreements and ongoing cooperation.

You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure a high level of service and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers


• Drive sales activities across the Norwegian market


• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling and product development


• Present and sell DAT-Schaub's products and solutions


• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities


• Provide market insights and customer feedback to the organisation


• Ensure accurate follow-up on orders, deliveries and commercial agreements


• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations


• Maintain relevant customer and activity data in CRM systems

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management


• Brings strong commercial drive and enjoys creating results


• Has experience from the meat, sausage, food ingredients or casing industry


• Understands production environments and customer needs within food manufacturing


• Has an established network within the Norwegian meat industry, or the ability to quickly build one


• Works independently and takes ownership of activities and results


• Is structured, reliable and professional in customer interactions


• Communicates effectively and builds trust with stakeholders at all levels


• Is comfortable working with CRM, ERP and Microsoft Office tools

Location

The position is based in Norway. We are flexible regarding your home base, although Southern or Western Norway is preferred due to proximity to customers and travel requirements.
