Driven sales project engineer

Eltorque is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Project Engineer. Our goal is to shape the future of the maritime and onshore industries through innovative solutions focused on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Making sure our customers are provided with what they need and exceeding their expectations on project deliveries.





• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to integrate project requirements and milestones.





• Develop project plans and monitor project progress against these.


• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or a related field); advanced degree preferred.





• Proven experience in project engineering within the maritime, onshore, or similar industries.





• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.






• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.





• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal.
