    KPMG Norway has quickly built the fastest growing ServiceNow consultant environment in Norway. Because of our regional success, it has been decided that the new position of EMA ServiceNow Alliance Sales Director should have Norway as home base.

    In this role you will manage specific assigned sectors and priority accounts, requiring a deep understanding of clients' industries, businesses, and KPMG solutions. The right candidate will manage navigating the complexities of the market, demonstrating a sharp comprehension of sales strategies and business growth.

    Key responsibilities:

    Sales leadership: Take the lead in identifying and coordinating sales opportunities within assigned sectors across EMA, driving bookings growth, and implementing best-in-class sales strategies.

    EMA coordination: Collaborate closely with ServiceNow Sales Account Executives to ensure a coordinated Go-To-Market approach, leveraging sales best practices and maximizing the potential of each opportunity.

    Relationship building: Establish strong relationships with senior leaders across KPMG member firms, ServiceNow leadership, and client stakeholders throughout the EMA region.

    Skills & Requirements

    To be successful in this role, we think the following matters:

    Experience: You bring significant experience in solution sales, showcasing a successful track record. Experience in sales and business development within a consulting environment will be an advantage.

    Global perspective: Experience in sales from an international environment is essential, and we highly value relevant experience in EMA/Global sales.

    Motivated team player: Your motivation, proactive nature, and dedication to teamwork set you apart. You inspire teams to exceed goals.

    Effective communicator: Communication is your strength, both verbally and in written English.

    Relationship builder: You excel in building strong relationships and engaging with senior leaders. Your ability to foster productive connections is a key asset.

    Cultural awareness: Cultural awareness and understanding is essential. Previous experience collaborating across functions and geographies is considered a valuable asset in this role.

    ServiceNow: While not a requirement, having previous experience with ServiceNow or as a ServiceNow Partner will be an advantage.

  • The role is based in Norway at the head office in Oslo. Working for the EMA region you must be able to manage many leads simultaneously across multiple time zones. Travel within Europe, Middle East and Africa might be required on a periodic basis.
